Shipping

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

At this time we are only shipping within the continental United States.

Orders are processed within 48 hours, but shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Orders are being shipped from Portland, Oregon US via USPS Priority Mail and usually take between 2-9 days.

Payments

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards securely via Stripe.

Orders & Returns

Return Policy We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, untampered, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at nenesbeautysupply@mail.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns. We recommend using a traceable delivery method as we cannot issue any refunds without proof of delivery.

If the shipping label is on the product packaging and not on another outer box or envelope, the return will be refused or incur a significant restocking fee.

You have the option of checking out as a guest, or you can create an account. You must provide your shipping and payment information whether checking out as a guest or if you are logged into your account.
